Husband Material Academy ("HMA") is an online program provided by Husband Material Ministries, a Colorado nonprofit corporation (the "Ministry"). The curriculum and materials used in HMA are owned by Drew Boa Coaching LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, and are used by Husband Material Ministries under license. By enrolling in HMA, you ("Student" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Access to HMA is limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:
Students who have completed sentencing for any conviction related to a sexually related or violent crime are welcome to participate in HMA but must disclose this information during orientation. This disclosure allows HMA to implement appropriate safety measures and group placements to protect all participants.
Access to HMA is exclusively reserved for students who are actively enrolled in a monthly, yearly, or lifetime access plan. An individual plan must be purchased for each individual student. HMA operates as a subscription service, which means:
Because we believe deeply in the power of HMA, we offer 60 days to try the program with zero risk. If you don't absolutely love HMA for any reason within the first 60 days of your enrollment, you must first cancel your subscription through your profile settings, then contact us at [email protected] to request a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of your request. After the 60-day guarantee period, all fees are non-refundable.
Students may not share, distribute, reproduce, sell, post, or otherwise transmit any part of HMA without the express written consent of Husband Material Ministries. This includes but is not limited to:
Non-Disclosure Agreement: By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you agree to protect the curriculum, tools, and techniques you receive through HMA as intellectual property owned by Drew Boa Coaching LLC and used by Husband Material Ministries under license. Unauthorized distribution amounts to infringement of copyrighted material, which is a violation of federal law.
Husband Material Ministries and HMA provide "life coaching" services with no guarantees of any kind. Any information, guidance, or support provided by the Ministry, its directors, officers, employees, licensors, contractors, coaches, or guest coaches shall be construed solely as coaching and shall not be construed as licensed mental health services.
HMA coaches and guest coaches provide life coaching services within HMA and do not operate as state-licensed counselors, therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, or other mental health professionals in their role with HMA, even if they hold such licenses. Although coaches may adhere to similar codes of ethics and conduct as licensed mental health professionals, they are not functioning under the authority or governance of state licensing boards when providing HMA coaching services.
While coaching can help students identify and reach life goals, it does not address mental illness issues such as clinical depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or other diagnosable mental health conditions. If you are experiencing symptoms of mental illness, we strongly encourage you to seek medical attention from a licensed physician or qualified mental health professional in your area.
All HMA coaches and guest coaches are obligated to take protective action in certain circumstances to prevent harm, which may involve breaking confidentiality. Some HMA coaches are mandatory reporters under federal, state, or local laws due to their professional licenses or certifications. Additionally, all coaches reserve the right to report current, ongoing illegal activity or imminent threats of harm to appropriate authorities, including but not limited to:
When coaches become aware of information that triggers legal reporting obligations or indicates imminent threat of serious harm, they may report to appropriate authorities such as police, suicide prevention units, children's protective agencies, adult protective services, and potential victims. Before you disclose any potentially illegal activity, please consult with an attorney to determine your legal exposure.
To maintain your participation in Husband Material Academy, you must uphold all of The Six Commitments (The 6 Cs):
I will keep all personal information shared by other students and coaches completely private within HMA. Whenever I attend a coaching call, I will ensure that no one else around me can see or hear what is being shared. I understand that if I break confidentiality, I may be removed from HMA and my account may be closed. I understand that confidentiality and safety cannot be absolutely guaranteed in HMA. By participating in HMA, I choose to assume a certain amount of risk whenever sharing personal information.
I understand that HMA is available to enrolled students only. I will not attend HMA coaching calls if I am not actively enrolled on a monthly, yearly, or lifetime plan. If I do attend while not enrolled, I agree to pay HMA the corresponding fees.
Inside and outside of HMA, I will not behave or communicate with any HMA student or coach in a sexually intimate or inappropriate way. I understand that if I intentionally engage in such behavior, I will be removed from HMA and my account will be closed. If necessary, I will work with the HMA team to ensure my communication is helpful and not harmful to others. I will not use HMA as a platform for any kind of promotion or commercial activity (apart from a pre-arranged partnership with Husband Material Ministries).
In all my interactions within HMA, I will conduct myself with "compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience" (Colossians 3:12). I will not criticize anyone, including myself. I will not attempt to advise other students unless they specifically ask for it. I will celebrate and verbally affirm others whenever appropriate.
I will maintain a posture of curiosity and non-judgmental observation. I will listen to myself and other HMA students with careful attention. I am here to learn.
I will not avoid conflict. I will promptly report any concerns, problems, or possible conflicts pertaining to HMA. I will not ignore or conceal any conflict that arises within myself, with others, or with HMA as a program. Instead, I will embrace conflict as an opportunity for growth. If I ever feel uncomfortable, unsafe, or "weird" in any way while communicating with any HMA student or coach, I will report my concern immediately to an HMA leader.
By enrolling in HMA, you agree to give Husband Material Ministries permission to send you administrative and marketing emails. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in each email. Administrative emails (such as account notifications, billing information, and program updates) will continue to be sent as necessary for the operation of your account.
You agree to release and hold harmless Husband Material Ministries, Drew Boa Coaching LLC, and their respective directors, officers, employees, members, managers, licensors, contractors, coaches, and guest coaches (collectively, the "Released Parties") from all liability related to:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY COLORADO LAW, THE RELEASED PARTIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN HMA.
Nothing in this release shall be construed to release the Released Parties from liability for gross negligence, willful and wanton conduct, or intentional misconduct.
Husband Material Ministries reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to HMA at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:
Upon termination, your right to access and use HMA will immediately cease. Termination for violation of these Terms and Conditions forfeits any refund eligibility, including under the 60-Day Outgrow Guarantee.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your participation in HMA shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in El Paso County, Colorado, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Husband Material Ministries reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify students of any material changes via email and/or through a notice posted on the HMA platform. Your continued use of HMA following such notification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if it cannot be made enforceable, it shall be severed from these Terms and Conditions. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Husband Material Ministries regarding your participation in HMA and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral, regarding such subject matter.
BY ENROLLING IN HUSBAND MATERIAL ACADEMY, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO SEEK INDEPENDENT LEGAL COUNSEL REGARDING THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND THAT YOU ARE ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT VOLUNTARILY.
